| Mechanism (summary) | Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide developed as a selective growth-hormone secretagogue. Its main pharmacologic attraction relative to hexarelin is selectivity: it stimulates GH cleanly and, in profiling work, does not materially raise ACTH or cortisol. |
